**Responsibilities**:

- As a Team Lead, Data Science & Analytics, you will:

- Manage the team of data scientists and analytics experts.
- Overlook the ML models and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders in understanding the business requirements.
- Work with the Finance team to integrate business numbers.
- Job scope will be 40% DS related and balanced with analytics projects.
- Prioritization of the task/project within the team.
- Responsible for Fave group data team (includes India too).

**Requirements**:

- Strong in Python and SQL skills.
- Solid understanding of machine learning.
- Knowledge of data management and visualization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with data science tools.
- Communication Skills -it is incredibly important to describe findings to a technical and non-technical audience.- At least 2+ years of team management experience.
