- Pamerkan ciri dan faedah perkhidmatan.
- Mengendalikan pertanyaan pelanggan dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan segera.
- Kumpul maklum balas pelanggan dan laporkan tentang perkhidmatan.
- Mengekalkan imej positif dan profesional syarikat.
- Menyediakan perkhidmatan dan sokongan pelanggan yang cemerlang.
- Memastikan pematuhan dengan polisi dan prosedur syarikat.
- Kekal kemas kini tentang pengetahuan perkhidmatan dan trend industri.

Requirements:

- Minimum SPM
- Boleh mula bekerja secepat yang mungkin
- Lokasi bekerja di Banting
- Boleh bekerja Rotation Shift, 5 hari bekerja seminggu
