**About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Mass Communication student** to join our Sales and Marketing team as an intern. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and communication techniques while working in a collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sales Support**
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients or customers.
- Support the team in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

**Marketing Campaigns**
- Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content.

**Customer Engagement**
- Support in organizing promotional events or product launches.
- Collect and analyze feedback from campaigns and events to improve future strategies.

**Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain records of sales, marketing materials, and client interactions.
- Assist in generating regular reports on sales performance and campaign success.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in **Mass Communication**, Marketing, or a related field.
- Passionate about **sales and marketing** with a creative mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English/Malay
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
