Job Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will support our dynamic team in driving business growth through innovative sales strategies and effective marketing campaigns. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where you will develop critical skills in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management and event coordination.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are looking to gain practical experience and kick-start their career in sales and marketing with a focus on sustainability and green technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and market trends.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and social media content.
• Assist in managing the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to enhance brand visibility.
• Engage with potential clients and help nurture leads through email marketing and other outreach methods.
• Organize and participate in marketing events, webinars, and trade shows.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities.
• Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing sales databases and customer inquiries.
• Contribute to improving customer engagement and retention strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms and AI Tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and a fast learner with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Interest in sustainability and green technologies is a plus.

Preferred Expertise:

• Training, Conference, and Event Management: Experience in organizing, coordinating, or supporting the execution of corporate events, conferences, and training sessions.
• Experience in managing or assisting with event logistics, participant registration, and ensuring event objectives are met.
• Familiarity with event management software or tools is a plus.
• Ability to handle event communications, such as invitations, follow-ups, and presentations.

Desired Skills:

• Prior internship or work experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or event management is a plus but not required.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ZOHO) or social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
