Feed Mill Formulator

**Industry: Manufacturing (Poultry)**

**Location: Manila, Philliphines**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor the day-to-day feeds production process.
- Develop and process feed to specifications for customer order.
- Responsible for shift production schedule to include the production line-up, raw materials availability and work station assignment.
- Supervise production workers in the production line to ensure the safety, quality and productivity.
- Coordinate and communicate to the Production Head and other shift supervisors.
- Adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Prepare and update daily raw materials consumption.
- Ensure shift paper works are updated daily.
- Train, motivate and coach new workers and trainees.
- Analyze and resolve work problems, or assist workers in solving work problems.
- Ensure standard operating procedures are properly implemented.

**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, animal nutrition, food science, animal science, agricultural science or a related field.
- Experience in the related field is an advantage.
- Computer literate.
- Exhibits leadership, good communication skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
