**Position overview**:
If you are someone who is task-oriented and possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, we would be happy to welcome you to be part of our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage automated expense reporting process to ensure the company’s protocols and legal requirements are followed.
- Perform weekly T&E expense postings in ERP systems.
- Manage corporate Travel and Purchasing card programs; solve addressed T&E processes and systems issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure employee termination process and account closure is performed accordingly without any credit balances.

**Required skills and experience**:

- 1-2 years of professional working experience in relevant fields (Finance OR Analysts).
- Experience with Concur or other travel and expense management systems.
- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel Advanced.
- Experience with ERP systems is added advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must; Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability in time and planning management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Act as a team player.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
