- **Brew Crew Opportunity**_
Our Global Brew Crew is seeking a **IT Administrative Officer** who is comfortable working cross-functionally and collaboratively. This position will report to the IT Head at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Malaysia. This role will actively monitor the ticketing system, Inventory Management and supply chain activities ensuring smooth running of business.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
In this role, you will:
- Manage administrative functions for the IT Team, including Ticket management, inventory management, engage with vendor support as needed, and Reporting.
- Perform ticket audits, and workflow audits to proactively identify service improvements and process changes that improve the end user experience and increase productivity.
- Design and monitor reports and dashboards that capture deep insights into the team's performance.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and gather requirements on inventory status, understand the needs of critical IT equipment for efficient and effective inventory management.
- Work on Quotations and Purchase orders in a timely manner ensuring no disruptions to supply.
- To standby and on call on weekend.
- Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.
- **Your Ingredients**_
- Diploma or Degree in IT or related discipline.
- Fresh graduate.
- Any work experience in the F&B industry is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in an administrative role will be an advantage.
- Clear understanding of ticketing system (Incidents & Service Requests)
- Understanding of Inventory management

- Proficient in Inventory management
- Proficient in reporting using Power BI or MS Excel
- People management skills
