**About the role**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Operation cum Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at MJ TIAN SDN BHD. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office operations and providing essential administrative support to our team.

**What you'll be doing**
- Oversee and coordinate all general office operations, including managing order, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- Provide administrative support to the team, key in purchase order, scheduling meetings, managing calendars,
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with various projects and tasks as required to support the overall objectives of the business

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or office management role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Prepare billing and familiar in SQL Accounting Software would be added advantage.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
