**Position**: Retail Associate

**Location**:

- TRX KL
- Pavilion KL

- As a retail associate, will be an ambassador of the brand
- Ensuring that every client is treated according to the company promise.
- Will strive to discover your clients and their every need and to guide them across the Brand.
- Will proactively reach out to your clients in order to achieve individual and team goals.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Drive and achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
- Welcome every client and provided the best Client experience
- Advise Clients across the Brand and all product categories
- Engage with Clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different client telling tools, to foster Brand loyalty.
- Perform as a team
- player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store
- Learn and master Brand and product knowledge
- Respect Company Brand standards in terms of grooming and behaviors
- Follow the company’s policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Level/ Pre-U, any field
- **At least 2 years working experience** in the related field is required for this position
- The individual has to be **well-spoken**, **presentable**, and **well groomed**:

- Good Command of English & Bahasa Malaysia languages

**Remuneration Packages**:

- Guarantee Commissions - RM 500/month
- Travelling Allowances - RM 150/month
- Incentives Provided
- Uniform & Training Provided

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
