Summary:

- To provide reliable & high-quality administrative duties that align with company’s directions and strategies.
- Generate reports, monitor TC performance, and manage GSR daily updates/ cascade to ensure compliance with GSR initiatives to generate revenue, maintain profitable yield and margin as well as ensure ultimately, meets customer’s satisfaction and retention
- Generate monthly/ weekly reports -master revenue, GSR APG fare usage, LCCs, backend revenue and other suppliers’ sale report
- Update all the relevant information from supplier and management into the intranet portal on a timely basis.
- Cascade all the updates, latest promotions, product information and all other relevant details to internal team members promptly
- Work closely with all the stakeholders to arrange product briefing/updates for travel consultants on a week-to-week basis
- Minimum of 20 product briefings/updates in a year.
- Perform data backup for all kinds of reports and sales data.
- Manage the recording of receipts and usage of all suppliers’ rewards, goodies, freebies et cetera.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma Tourism Management /Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese (an added advantage)
- Minimum 3- 5 years above related experience in Travel Industry
- Basic level of analytical skills.
- Fundamental marketing knowledge will be a plus.
- Good interpersonal, organizing and written & spoken English communication
- GDS reservations and ticketing knowledge are an added advantage.
- Working location: Wisma UOA II KL, nearby public transportation
