Protect hospital personnel, property, information, reputation from theft and other damages. Responds rapidly to security emergencies within the hospital and health care setting. Report all incidents to Security Officer in an accurate and timely manner. Control and register visitors after visiting hours. Check and validate ID for all persons / visitors / contractors entering hospital premises.
In 1988, Bagan Specialist Centre, a 153-bedded hospital was built in the midst of a thick, green forest and mangrove along the Prai River. Vision then was be the hospital of choice for the people of Butterworth and its surrounding region.
