**Job Summary**

The Onboarding Specialist will conduct training for government stakeholders and other relevant partners to successfully onboard and activate stakeholder prior to organizational goals. The incumbent will analyse market strategies based on stakeholder behavior, monitor onboarding performance, recommend improvements, and formulate proposals to meet client needs while ensuring the achievement of team goals.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Build solid relationships with stakeholders, internal teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure client projects are successfully implemented and completed.
- Provide necessary training, coaching and mentoring to stakeholder and internal teams on products.
- Assess and monitor project performance and recommend improvements as needed.
- Preparing all documentation required for improvement onboarding processes.
- Research emerging trends that are in line with Dropee’s Road Map and recommend new offerings to satisfy client needs on onboarding their stakeholder.
- Develop and formulate strategic and tactical proposals to attract relevant client profiles and ensure that Team KPI and goals are met.
- Ensure business development pipeline (stakeholder database) is diligently updated - consistently updating existing and new opportunities.
- Orchestrate communication and collaboration between cross functional Dropee team and relevant stakeholders.
- Accountable on driving assigned opportunities to closure with a close plan.
- Identify areas for improving onboarding SOP and process flow.

**Qualifications / Competencies**:

- 2-3 years of experience in training, onboarding, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of tech products and e-commerce background is a plus.
