**Job Scope**

A Retail Operations Manager supervises and oversees the operations of retail store branches within a certain region and collaborates with the District Managers to set goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections, ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent across each store.
- **Drive Performance**: Set and monitor operational KPIs, ensuring regional stores meet and exceed targets for sales and profitability.
- **Lead and Develop**: Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and succession planning.
- **Ensure Operational Excellence**: Implement and maintain consistent standards across all stores, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency.
- **Boost Sales and Marketing**: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement effective strategies and analyze market trends to enhance customer engagement.
- **Manage Costs and Inventory**: Implement strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce wastage, and maximize profitability across the region.
- **Financial Oversight**: Develop and manage budgets, providing regular performance updates to senior management.
- **Foster Communication**: Act as a liaison between headquarters and regional stores, ensuring clear communication of company objectives.
- **Build Relationships**: Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders, including landlords and local authorities, to support smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably District Manager/ Area Manager / Retail Operations Manager specializing in Sales - Retail/ General in Fashion Industry / Footwear / Chain Store Retailer and Franchising

**Job Details**
- **Salary: Up to RM7,000 (negotiable based on experience - 15% to 20% increment from last drawn salary)**:

- Travelling allowance: up to RM1,200 (depending on locations)
- Incentive: entitled based on campaign
- Benefits: medical, dental, optical, birthday leave, staff vouchers
- Overseeing management of average 50+ stores

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
