Salary **:RM3500 - RM4000**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in any field
- Excellent communication in Native and English fluently
- Minimum 2 year as Content Moderator/ BPO /Contact Centre /Customer Service
- **Must be local a Malaysian**

**Job Description**:
1. Review short videos on social media platforms and conduct the content quality control on the social media, make sure the contents comply with local policies, regulations and culture;
2. Handle complaints and reports with respect to users and community;
4. Identify improvement opportunities in workflow by using daily data analysis and suggest solutions;
5. Analyze the risk level of incidents and assess the safety status of the community and products;
6. Attention to details and ability to work differing 24/7 work rotations/shifts as required.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
