**Responsibilities**:
Position: Desktop Support Analyst

Tenure: 2 years (Renewable basis)
Location: Shah Alam

Working Hour: Night Shift (9 pm - 6 am) ( Fixed Shift)

**Salary**: RM 2800 - RM 3300 + Allowance ( RM 500 shift allowance + RM 400 Training allowance)

Job ResponsibilitiesResolve technical issues related to ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, and enterprise geodatabases using Esri tools and other related technologiesWork well in a high-energy, fast-paced, enthusiastic, positive, and collaborative cultureMaintain comprehensive case documentation in the customer relationship management (CRM) system-
Identify issues and log defects for software improvementsWork in other technical areas of software support as customer and business needs require
- Job Requirements

Bachelor’s in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Geoscience, Geoinformatics, Geomatics Science, Science Remote Sensing Geography, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or another relevant field, depending on position level (Master’s preferred)Open for fresh Degree holder with at least 6 months experienced during Internship related to GIS theory and communication skillsAbility to provide excellent customer service including strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficient written and verbal communication abilities with a strong grasp of the English language including grammar, punctuation, and consistencyWillingness to understand a broad range of software and how this software works together to form the Esri ArcGIS platformIdentify, understand, and articulate solutions for customer issues by means of ArcGIS knowledge including installation, configuration, and performance of ArcGIS Enterprise and related ArcGIS Enterprise technologiesAptitude to gain an understanding of systems administration and troubleshooting of multiple operating systemsAbility to patiently communicate technical information clearly and conciselyAbility to learn new concepts quickly, retain large amounts of information, and adapt to a changing work environment
- Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
