Job Responsibilities: Tender BQ, equipment sourcing, and cost estimation Tender drawings quantity take-off Assist to manage variation orders or change orders Preparation of BQ and contract documents Complete form of tenders including BQ for tender submission Manage contract bindings Evaluate work done and prepare claims Assist to prepare and submit final accounts up to conclusion of defect liability period Selection and evaluation of suppliers & sub-contractors Obtain quotes from approved subcontractor/vendor during tender stage Attend tender interview Minimum Requirements/ Qualifications: Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. At least 1 year of working experience in construction field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
