**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Preparation of tender documents for submission (including measurements and Bill of Quantities).
- Assist management in managing contracts and cost monitoring/control, managing of interim/progress payments, sub-contracting, including variation order submission and assessment and account finalizing.
- Monitoring materials ,site valuation, variation order
- Checking any discrepancy between the Architect Drawings and Structural Drawings.
- Any other job function which may be assigned from time to time by head of the department.

Computer literate with good command of
- **MS office software** and able to work on **AutoCAD drawings** for quantity measurement.
- Analytical and objective driven personality.
- Able to work under minimum supervision at a tight-deadline and fast-paced environment.
- Past involvement and experiences in the tendering and costing would be an added advantage.

Able to start work immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred) Experience
- Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (preferred)

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
