**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor production equipment in **testing, wafer sort, probing, tape & reel, and wet process** areas.
- Perform **equipment setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting** according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Ensure products meet quality and reliability standards through **in-process inspection** and **test data verification**.
- Support **engineers in root cause analysis** and **process improvement activities**.
- Record daily production data, machine downtime, and test results accurately in the system/logsheet.
- Carry out **preventive maintenance (PM)** and assist maintenance team during equipment repair or conversion.
- Maintain 5S and safety standards in work area at all times.
- Work closely with production supervisors, engineers, and QA to ensure smooth shift handover and continuous operations.
- Provide **training or guidance to new technicians/operators** when required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Certificate in **Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering** or equivalent.
- Minimum **1 year of working experience** in a semiconductor manufacturing environment (testing/wafer sort/probing preferred).
- Basic understanding of **semiconductor testing equipment and process flow**.
- Familiar with **MS Office and production reporting systems**.
- Able to work **rotating shifts (day/night)**.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
