ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. To maintain and upkeep all machines in tip top condition.

  2. To maintain and upkeep all stencils/pallets/jig fixtures/equipment in production in tip top condition.

  3. To ensure minimum machines downtime.

  4. To fully support SMT production operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SMT

  1. Responsible for programming and supporting Production to maximize SMT equipment.

  2. Develops, reviews and improves work instructions and product documentation.

  3. Summarizes and generates reports of defect tracking (SPC) and scrap reports to ensure the highest level of productivity.

  4. Coordinates with Engineers to resolve product quality issues.

  5. Lead a team of operators to achieve SMT Line output & Yield target.

  6. Perform SMT Line conversion and carry out re-flow oven profiling.

  7. Troubleshoot quality issues and participate in Preventive Maintenance activities.

  8. Ensure that the working area is maintaining a good 5S.

  9. Control & maintain tools, jigs & fixtures.

  10. Any other duties assigned by superior and Eng

Equipment

  1. ‎To ensure machine are in good working condition.

  2. To make repair if machine cannot operate.

  3. To modify machine for quality and productivity.

  4. To ensure safety all time during working.

  5. To perform maintenance per maintenance schedule.

  6. Perform project upgrading and modifications as and when required.

  7. To suggest on improvement activities/action to ensure equipment operational efficiency.

  8. Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

EHS

  1. Enforce EHS protocols and requirement set, eg: PPE compliance, safe act in production.

  2. Perform daily wastewater analysis by using AAS.

  3. Maintain the company's scrubber systems and be certified as scrubber competent person.

  4. Assist in the proper handling, labeling, and storage of scheduled waste.

  5. Operate forklifts and other equipment to organize scheduled waste and hazardous materials safely.

  6. Involve in Emergency Response Team (ERT) activities.

  7. Assist vendor in on-site work/monitoring/scheduled waste collection.

  8. Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment, work areas, and processes.

  9. Conduct simple EHS briefing and refresher training. Eg: Machine safety training, PPE training, HIRARC briefing, evacuation plan training etc.

  10. Assist in PPE distribution and one-to-one PPE exchange.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Cert / Diploma in any engineering discipline.

  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  3. Working experience in Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.

  4. Basic salary differs based on qualification & working experience.

  5. Must possess own transportation.

  6. Must be able to work on 12 hours rotating shift.

  7. Willing to support ad-hoc issues during odd hours & weekends.
