ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  1. To maintain and upkeep all machines in tip top condition.

  2. To maintain and upkeep all stencils/pallets/jig fixtures/equipment in production in tip top condition.

  3. To ensure minimum machines downtime.

  4. To fully support SMT production operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

SMT

  1. Responsible for programming and supporting Production to maximize SMT equipment.

  2. Develops, reviews and improves work instructions and product documentation.

  3. Summarizes and generates reports of defect tracking (SPC) and scrap reports to ensure the highest level of productivity.

  4. Coordinates with Engineers to resolve product quality issues.

  5. Lead a team of operators to achieve SMT Line output & Yield target.

  6. Perform SMT Line conversion and carry out re-flow oven profiling.

  7. Troubleshoot quality issues and participate in Preventive Maintenance activities.

  8. Ensure that the working area is maintaining a good 5S.

  9. Control & maintain tools, jigs & fixtures.

  10. Any other duties assigned by superior and Eng

CDC

  1. To be responsible for the daily chemical make up activity as per schedule.

  2. To be responsible make up reagents is within spec by doing chemical analysis.

  3. To be responsible sufficient amount of chemical is in standby to support production without any failure.

  4. To maintain chemical make-up data in softcopy and hardcopy.

  5. To be responsible for maintenance of equipment used in CDC area.

  6. To be always alert on chemical usage trend for all process.

  7. To be responsible to inform superior if any abnormality or spike in chemical usage.

  8. To check chemical inventory and update to superior if quantity is insufficient.

  9. To be responsible to retrieve chemical from store every day.

  10. To be responsible on CDC 5S.

  11. Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Lab

  1. To be responsible for the daily routine chemical analysis as per Analysis Work Instruction.

  2. To be responsible for the reagent for analytical purpose.

  3. To maintain all quality records related to laboratory.

  4. Responsible for maintenance of equipment used in the lab.

  5. Responsible to maintain and operation of XRF equipment.

  6. Responsible to inform superior immediate if found that chemical used in any chemical related process is not in accordance with the chemical specification.

  7. Other cross section duties as assigned.

Tooling

  1. Responsible to maintain and preserve tooling to meet process and quality requirements.

  2. Support production on Tooling Setup, maximize machine utilization and troubleshooting.

  3. Work closely with Product Development Department and tooling suppliers on new tooling development and/or improvement including Tooling setup time optimization.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Cert / Diploma in any engineering discipline.

  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  3. Working experience in Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.

  4. Basic salary differs based on qualification & working experience.

  5. Must possess own transportation.

  6. Must be able to work on 12 hours rotating shift.

  7. Willing to support ad-hoc issues during odd hours & weekends.
