General Inspector L3

**MRA International Sdn Bhd** is currently seeking **one (1) qualified General Inspector Level 3 (L3)** to be based in **Kota Kinabalu, Sabah**, starting **June 2025** for a **long-term contract**.

**1. Job Description**:

- Review technical documents and work procedures related to inspection scopes to ensure compliance with COMPANY standards and specifications.
- Assist in evaluating appropriate inspection techniques (both destructive and non-destructive) to verify the technical integrity of COMPANY-operated facilities.
- Support the development of inspection plans and procedures in alignment with COMPANY standards, international best practices, and sound engineering principles.
- Lead a team of multi-disciplinary inspectors to carry out specific tasks at onshore or offshore sites, including periodic inspections and work scoping for major maintenance activities.
- Identify and reference relevant documentation required for various inspection scopes.
- Provide expert input on alternative proposals submitted by contractors, including new procedures, specifications, products, techniques, or technologies.
- Assist site representatives in the administration and coordination of inspection resources.
- Actively participate in quality and safety improvement programs as directed by the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.

**2. Requirements**
i. Possess a minimum of SPM or an equivalent academic qualification.
ii. Hold the following valid and up-to-date certifications:
a) CSWIP / PCN Senior Welding Inspector Level 3.1
b) API 510 or API 570
c) NACE Level II / IMM Certified Coating Inspector Level II or equivalent
d) PCN/CSWIP/JPK/ASNT/ACCP Level II (or equivalent) for UT, MT, and PT
e) A minimum of three (3) years of coating and welding inspection experience, specifically within the oil and gas industry, including onshore and offshore site exposure.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
