**Job Title: Supervisor - Facilities Management (Cleaning Services)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, train and motivate cleaning staff
- Assign tasks and manage work schedules
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
- Perform regular facility inspections
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and reports
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure proper usage and storage of chemicals
- Coordinate with procurement for supply orders
- Serve as primary contact for client communications
- Address client complaints and feedback promptly
- Enforce health and safety regulations
- Train staff on proper chemical handling and PPE use
- Report and document workplace incidents
- Implement cost-saving measures
- Recommend process improvements
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years cleaning/janitorial supervision experience
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemicals
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed

**Work Environment**:

- On-site at various client facilities
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals
- Some outdoor work in all weather conditions

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,250.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Terengganu (Kuala Terengganu): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
