Key Responsibilities
- **Site Inspections & Hazard Control**: Regularly inspect the worksite to identify potential hazards, unsafe acts, and non-compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Implement control measures to mitigate identified risks.
- **Training & Awareness**: Conduct safety inductions for new workers and site personnel, provide ongoing safety training, and deliver toolbox talks to enhance awareness and promote safe work practices.
- **Incident Investigation**: Investigate safety incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- **Compliance & Enforcement**: Ensure that all site operations and personnel comply with local and national safety laws and regulations, such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA).
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed safety records, reports, and logs of inspections, incidents, training, and corrective actions.
- **Reporting**: Provide safety reports, including monthly summaries and findings, to management and relevant committees to keep them informed of site safety status.
- **Coordination**: Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure that safety procedures are understood and followed by everyone on site.

- Excellent communication and training skills to effectively convey safety information.
- Attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough inspections.
- Problem-solving skills to address safety issues and develop solutions.
- Knowledge of safety management systems and accident prevention programs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
