**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.
- Escort patrons to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on specials and promotions.
- Take accurate and timely orders from customers.
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure proper communication.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Monitor and anticipate customer needs, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in preparing and setting up the dining area for service.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in the F&B industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
