Management Trainee

**Job Summary**:

- Undergo comprehensive training in production operations, quality control, maintenance, and process improvement.
- Learn and assist in daily production planning, manpower allocation, and output monitoring.
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Support the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety practices.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including quality, engineering, and warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and documentation related to production activities.
- Take on increasing levels of responsibility as training progresses, leading toward supervisory and managerial roles.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical or related field).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership potential.
- Hands-on, proactive and willing to learn production operations from the ground up.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be based in Sungai Mati, Tangkak, Johor.
