Management Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Management Trainee (Engineering) to join our growing team in Sungai Mati, Tangkak. This position is designed for engineering graduates who aspire to develop a long-term career in production management. The selected candidate will undergo structured on-the-job training covering various departments, with a clear career progression path to Production Executive.

Job Description:

• Undergo comprehensive training in production operations, quality control, maintenance, and process improvement.
• Learn and assist in daily production planning, manpower allocation, and output monitoring.
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Support the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety practices.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams including quality, engineering, and warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform data analysis, reporting, and documentation related to production activities.
• Take on increasing levels of responsibility as training progresses, leading toward supervisory and managerial roles.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical or related field).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and leadership potential.
• Hands-on, proactive and willing to learn production operations from the ground up.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be based in Sungai Mati, Tangkak, Johor.
