To help account department and completion month account management
- Update outstanding list and monthly billing
- Verify invoice, receipt and claim receipt
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Handle manpower planning and requirement
- Assist in performance appraisal
- Assist in coordinating training programme for the entire firm
- Monitor and update Leave Records
- Monitor and record merit point every end of month
- Arrange happy meeting to celebrate merit point system every end of month
- Provide administration support to all colleagues when necessary
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
