**Role Overview**: As an **Online Educator**, you’ll bring Pasxcel’s mission to life by delivering dynamic, student-centered learning aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus. You’ll guide students in small online classes, creating personalized experiences that extend beyond traditional academics to foster critical thinking, empathy, and life skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement tailored learning plans based on each student’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
- Collaborate with students, parents, and the Pasxcel team to ensure holistic growth and academic progress.
- Create new educational content, from lesson videos to progress updates, to support continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of **2 years** of teaching experience (physical or online secondary school).
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Education or a relevant field.
- High **proficiency in English** (written and spoken) and experience with the IGCSE syllabus.
- **Adaptable** to the fast-paced nature of a startup and eager to take on new challenges.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
