**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Transform traditional education by leading engaging, innovative online classes (5-7 students) aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE syllabus.
- Create personalized, memorable learning experiences that go beyond the classroom.
- Develop tailored learning plans based on each student’s strengths and interests.
- Collaborate with students, parents, and the Pasxcel team to ensure academic progress.
- Take initiative in creating new educational content such as lesson videos or progress updates.
- Work with other passionate educators to continuously improve student activities, projects, and teaching strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Essential Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (physical or online secondary school).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant field.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with IGCSE syllabus.
