**1. Retail Assistant**:

- Welcoming customers to our retail store, providing a warm and informative shopping experience.
- Assisting customers in selecting appropriate PPE products based on their industry, needs, and safety requirements.
- Offering expert guidance on the features and benefits of different PPE items, ensuring customers make informed decisions.
- Ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized, with products neatly displayed and clearly labeled.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry regulations and product specifications to provide accurate information to customers.

**2. Social Media Video Content Creator**:

- Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and create engaging social media content, including TikTok videos and other short-form videos.
- Showcasing PPE products creatively through videos, demonstrating their usage, benefits, and unique features.
- Engaging with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages related to PPE products.
- Monitoring social media trends and identifying opportunities to create impactful content that resonates with our target audience.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 2 years working experience in the related field.
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in PPE or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and on social media platforms.
- Creative flair and the ability to produce engaging videos for platforms like TikTok and other social media outlets.
- Basic video editing skills and familiarity with smartphone apps for content creation.
- Computer literate
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work well within a team.
