Warehouse Admin Clerk
**Job Description**:
1) Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts & letters.
2) Updating internal databases with new hire information.
3) Collaborating with the HR team for the attendance and payroll process.
4) Ensuring adherence to company policies and protecting the company's brand image and business interests.
5) Gathering payroll data, such as bank account information and attendance.
6) Liaise with customer service regarding the container's arrival.
10) Handling employee matters and FAQ.
Requirement
1. Work experience as an HR or Admin officer or similar role.
2. Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
3. Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a relevant field.
4. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Fluent in writing and speaking Chinese will be given priority.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
