Centre Manager

You are responsible to serve the customers and children, help to promote and carry assignments given by Managers. You are also responsible to train staffs/crews within your centres, attending to customers’ complaint and inquiry, reporting to Manager, handling collection and payment by customers, to ensure/maintain cleanliness of all centres under you. You must not commit any illegal or immoral activities that will give bad reputation to the company and CIC. You are also not allowed to use the company’s facilities for personal purpose. Any indulgence given by the Manager shall not be considered as a waiver. You must represent the company when dealing with staffs, customers, suppliers or anybody related to the business. Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor in Administration or equivalent. - Proactive and willing to explore new challenges. - Good communication and management skills. - Willing to travel. - Possess own transport and driving license
