Junior / Fresh Graduate Creative Designer & Social

Join us as a Junior / Fresh Graduate Creative Designer & Social Media Executive to contribute to impactful narratives and support the evolution of content strategy in an innovative and dynamic environment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1.** **Content Creation & Design**:

- Develop creative concepts and designs for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Create visually appealing graphics, banners, posters, and digital ads using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.

**2. Photography & Videography**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media, marketing materials, and website content.
- Capture events, products, and behind-the-scenes footage to create engaging content that highlights the company’s offerings.
- Perform **photography and videography **to capture unique perspectives for campaigns.

**3. Video Editing**:

- Edit raw footage into polished videos using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Add effects, sound, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance video content.
- Optimize video content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

**4. Social Media Management**:

- Manage and update the company’s social media accounts with engaging and creative content that reflects the brand’s voice.
- Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery across all platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and audience preferences to optimize content strategy.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, social media management, photography, and videography.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong **photography** and **videography** skills, with experience in editing and producing high-quality visuals.
- Knowledge of **social media trends** and the ability to create engaging content tailored for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Responsible to manage the Company’s social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Member Apps.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader campaigns and promotions.
- Plan, co-develop, publish and monitor social media content and track the performance to see if they meet the company’s branding and business objectives
- Writing clear and error-free content for company’s social medial platforms, website and digital platform that reflects the company’s voice.
- Responsible to brainstorm and generate ideas on social media marketing campaigns.
- Responsible to prepare monthly social media reports to generate insights and recommendations.
- Ensure timely and coordinated posts across all platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Analyse performance data to measure success, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Keep up with the latest trends and platform updates to ensure our social media strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Handling marketing ad-hoc tasks that being assigned by superior.
- Required language(s): Malay ,English & Tamil with strong presentation skills

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
