Under the supervision of the General Manager the Business Development & Marketing, Assistant Manager serves as a member of the team, assisting the Manager or Head of Department in the planning, execution, and project management of all related activities as well as developing relationships with current and potential vendors, stakeholders including the medical and non-medical community to support OSC’s strategic goals. REQUIREMENTS 1. Education / Professional Qualifications a) A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or Other Related specialty b) Additional certification in digital marketing/marketing is an added advantage. 2. Professional Experience / Minimum Requirements a) At least 3-year professional experience in healthcare or service-oriented field or selling healthcare or related products and services. b) Good analytical and problem-solving skills c) Good knowledge of writing and speaking in a minimum of two languages including English. d) Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
