Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Innov8tif. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic planning, market analysis, and fostering strong client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
- Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics.
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
- Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, with a successful track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software is an added advantage.
