**Job Descriptions**:

- Formulate and control capital expenditure proposals and when approved, oversee the installation and commissioning of new plants and equipment to ensure the set targets are achieved.
- Lead, drive and establish a safe machinery and conducive working environment for employees to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements and company safety policy.
- Formulate and evaluate arising issues and occurrences at the factory as well as develop solutions to ensure company’s issues are resolved with positive outcome and impact.
- Lead Mechanical and Electrical services to ensure efficient and reliable operation of factory plants, machinery and services.
- Drive and oversee high standard of factory machinery operations and oversee the risk management procedures to ensure it is diligently monitored and assess periodically.
- Drive and foster quality assurance and quality control to ensure high quality products are developed in line with relevant regulations requirements.
- Initiate, drive and control cost optimization activities on the organisation’s resources (Manpower, system/equipment/process and budget) with the objective to be a cost leader and ensure prudent utilization of resources.
- Foster and create and environment that promote high performance and productivity as well as positive morale across all levels.
- Lead, drive coach and guide the team to ensure the maintenance of machinery are in good condition to effectively manufacture the related products.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any related field
- 15 years of relevant experience
- 5 years in senior management position
- Hand on experience in Annual Turnover, Profit Before Tax (PBT) (building product & Solidpanel), budget for maintenance cost, Sheet Machine & finishing Run time efficiency, direct report development.
- Proven experience from Engineering and/or manufacturing/industrial Sector
- Reporting to CEO/MD, Lead Senior Maintenance Manager, and working closely with FC, GM (Sales & Marketing), GM (Factory Operations 2), Project director (construction division)

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Senior Management: 3 years (required)
- Manufacturing: 10 years (preferred)
