Training low-level managers and staff. Creating and managing budgets. Improving revenue. Hiring employees. Evaluating performance and productivity. Analyzing accounting and financial data. Researching and identifying growth opportunities. Generating reports and giving presentations. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role Strong decision-making capabilities Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable Strong working knowledge of operational procedures Excellent knowledge Digital Marketing, Facebook ads and Google Ads Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business management or related field Previous performance evaluation experience 3 years of experience Immediate entry
