**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a versatile employee with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, to join us as General Administrative Assistant. The incumbent is to provide administrative support to an organization or department by performing a variety of clerical tasks. These tasks may include data entry, filing, answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and other administrative duties. General Administrative Assistant help streamline the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensure that it runs smoothly.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Answer telephone calls, direct calls, and take messages
- Perform general office duties, and maintaining records management databases
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals
- Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
- Generate and compile monthly tenant reports, including rental collection and relevant documentations.
- Check and record meter reading for accurate monthly tenant billing.
- Handle monthly collection reports for advertising revenues.
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Any other duties that assigned by immediate superior.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate, STPM, SPM.
- 1-2 years working experience as general administrative clerk.
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft office.
- Attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters.
- Exceptional filing, recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality & strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of basic accounts is a plus.
- Age below 30.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
