**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate, timely, and complete information to customers.
- Guide customers through the ordering process on our platforms.
- Go the extra mile to create memorable customer experiences.
- Resolve product or service issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, production) to meet customer needs.
- Ensure goods are delivered on time to customer.
- Keeping track of customer's order and update customer on the order status when necessary.
- Handling customer's complaint or enquiry in a professional manner.
- Maintain customer database and managing relationship with existing customers into the master date based system.
- Responsible for achieving allocated sales target.

**Job Requirements**:

- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and passion for talking to customer.
- Required Skill(s): Positive, problem solving, enthusiasm, fast learner, strong in teamwork, able to adapt ad hoc request, willingness to learn new skills, easier to adapt to new working environment, energetic, innovative and able to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
