**Job Requirement**:

- A keen eye for detail is essential for ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in all areas.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
- Can be relied upon to show up for their shifts on time and consistently perform their duties.
- Clear communication with supervisors and other team members is important for coordinating tasks and addressing any issues that arise.
- Housekeeping staff need to follow specific instructions regarding cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest preferences.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field can be advantageous.
- Age 18 years old above are qualified to apply

**Duties and Responsibilities (Housekeeper)**

1) Understand the company’s policy on work shifts, guest’s possessions, and privacy issues
2) Perform daily housekeeping tasks in guest rooms, including changing the sheets, changing, and arranging the towels, cleaning & restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and rearranging the room after guests check out.
3) Responsible for overall cleanliness -guest room, corridor, balcony, staircase area, etc...
4) Remove trash located in the collection areas.

5) Ensure housekeeping carts, cart rooms laundry areas are maintained to company standard
6) Responsible for knowledge of fire safety procedures.

7) Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service.

8) Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift.

9) Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to the supervisor.

10) Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift.

11) Always refer to a Schedule daily housekeeping assignment board or task assigned by Supervisor.

12) Any related task assigned by Superior or manager.

Pay: RM8.00 - RM10.00 per hour
