**REQUIREMENTS FOR ESG TRAINER**

**1. Educational Background**:

- A degree in a relevant field such as Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or similar.
- Additional certifications in ESG-related disciplines, such as sustainability reporting, CSR, or ESG frameworks, are highly valued (e.g., GRI Standards Certification, SASB Fundamentals).

**2. Professional Experience**:

- Proven experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate governance, or a related area.
- Experience working with ESG frameworks and standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, UN SDGs).
- Track record of implementing ESG strategies, conducting audits, or managing ESG compliance.

**3. Training and Facilitation Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in conducting workshops, seminars, or training sessions.
- Ability to design customized training content for different audiences (corporate, NGOs, etc.).

**4. Knowledge of ESG Standards and Practices**:

- In-depth knowledge of ESG metrics, reporting standards, and legal requirements.
- Familiarity with global and local ESG trends and best practices.
- Understanding of industry-specific ESG challenges and opportunities.

**5. Certification and Accreditation (mandatory)**:

- Certificate Train The Trainer (TT)

**6. Certification and Accreditation (preferred)**:

- Certified Sustainability Practitioner (CSP).
- Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA).
- GRI or SASB certified trainer credentials.
- Other industry-recognized ESG certifications.

**7. Key Soft Skills**:

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Collaboration and team management skills.

**8. References and Track Record**:

- Demonstrated success in previous ESG training sessions (e.g., participant feedback, outcome reports).
- Client testimonials or case studies of past training delivered.
