**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop comprehensive EV curricula, training programs, and educational materials aligned with industry standards and learner needs.
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences that incorporate a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, workshops, case studies, and simulations.
- Develop assessment tools and evaluation methods to measure learner progress and program effectiveness.

**Training Delivery**:

- Deliver engaging and informative EV training sessions to a diverse range of learners, including technicians, mechanics, sales professionals, and fleet managers.
- Facilitate interactive workshops and discussions that promote knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Adapt training materials and delivery methods to meet the specific needs and learning styles of different audiences.

**Subject Matter Expertise**:

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in EV technology, regulations, and industry trends.
- Maintain a deep understanding of EV components, systems, and operations.
- Provide expert guidance and support to learners on technical questions and challenges.

**Program Evaluation**:

- Collect and analyze feedback from learners and stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for curriculum enhancements.

**Collaboration and Partnership**:

- Collaborate with industry partners, government agencies, and educational institutions to develop and deliver EV training programs.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, education, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of EV technology, including battery systems, electric motors, and charging infrastructure.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A passion for sustainable transportation and a commitment to promoting EV adoption.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certification in EV technology or training.
- Experience working in the automotive or transportation industry.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
