Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Trainer

**REQUIREMENT FOR LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT**

**1. Educational Background**
- **Minimum Requirement**: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, operations management, industrial engineering, or related fields.
- A master’s degree in a relevant field or an MBA is advantageous.

**2. Certification**
- **Mandatory to have Certification of Train The Trainer (TTT)**:

- Certified **Lean Six Sigma Green Belt** from a recognized certification body (e.g., ASQ, IASSC, CSSC).
- **Black Belt certification** is highly preferred, as it demonstrates advanced expertise and mastery of Lean Six Sigma concepts.

**3. Work Experience**
- **5-6 years of experience** in process improvement, quality management, or operational excellence.
- Proven success in implementing Lean Six Sigma Green Belt-level projects, showcasing measurable business impact.
- Familiarity with **manufacturing processes**, Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, VSM), and advanced statistical analysis techniques.

**4. Training and Facilitation Experience**
- Prior experience as a **trainer, instructor, or facilitator**, with at least **3-5 years of experience delivering Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training programs**.
- Ability to guide participants through Green Belt-level concepts, tools, and case studies, including advanced problem-solving techniques and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience using interactive teaching methods, simulations, and hands-on activities to enhance learning.

**5. Technical Expertise**
- Proficiency in Green Belt tools and techniques, including:

- DMAIC methodology
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Process Mapping
- Hypothesis Testing
- Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Familiarity with **statistical software** (e.g., Minitab, JMP, SPSS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

**6. Accreditation/Authorization**
- Recognition as an **authorized Lean Six Sigma trainer** by a respected certification body or organization (if applicable).
- Proven track record of preparing participants for Green Belt certification exams with high success rates.
