The Vocational Training Officer (Technical Trainer) is responsible for providing vocational training to individuals working in the industry of mechatronic / electronic / semiconductor / lean six sigma / quality control field. The trainer will work with the trainees to develop their skills and knowledge in order to prepare them for career advancement in these fields.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver vocational training programs in mechatronic / electronic / semiconductor / lean six sigma / quality control
- Assess trainees' skills and knowledge and develop individualized training plans
- Provide hands-on training and instruction in the use of tools and equipment
- Help trainees to develop technical skills
- Coordinate with employers for on-the-job training of their existing workforce

**Qualifications**:

- Degree / High school diploma or equivalent
- VTO and SLDN certifications are recommended
- Experience working with individuals with technical background
- Experience teaching or training
- Knowledge of mechatronic / electronic / semiconductor / lean six sigma / quality control principles and practices

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia in education, training, or a related field
- Experience working in the mechatronic / electronic / semiconductor / lean six sigma / quality control industry
