Office Administrator

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to the team. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep of the office
- Handle filing, data entry, and documentation
- Assist with preparing invoices, quotations, purchase order and basic reports
- Support HR and administrative processes such as staff attendance and leave records
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other office correspondence
- Provide general administrative support to management and team members
- Assist with managing stock inventory
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and office events
- Assist with ad-hoc task as required
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google workspace
- Preferably with own transport and valid driving license
Benefits: EPF, SOCSO, car allowance, Performance bonus, on-the-job training provided.
Working hours: 8.30am-6pm (Monday-Friday)
