2.1 Induction Course (Kursus Induksi Pegawai Penilai - Pegawai Pengesah Dalaman - Pengurus Pusat Bertauliah) AND

2.2 Vocational Training Officer (Pegawai Latihan Vokasional I AND

2.3 Diploma of Skill Malaysia (Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia) in the relevant field OR

2.4 Diploma/Degree from recognised university/college plus two(2) years working experience in the relevant field

Job Description

1. Drafting skills training and assessment procedures for the implementation of training programmes with Pegawai Pengesah Dalaman (PPD)

  1. Develop teaching and learning materials based on National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS)

  2. Explain to trainees about the objectives, skill training requirements and evaluation process including theory and practice/accredited programme performance based on the latest National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS)

  3. Register trainees through the established system for the purpose of following the training programme

  4. Implement the skills training process and evaluation for the implementation of the training/certified programme with reliability, transparency and authenticity on an ongoing basis

  5. Make a theoretical and practical assessment process for the implementation of core abilities that include communication, personality, discipline, self-confidence, ethics and others

  6. Monitor performance development and guide trainees on each skill

  7. Guiding trainees in the preparation of proof of skills record

  8. Fill in, complete and verify the trainee's Cumulative Assessment Record (RPK) as soon as the assessment is completed based on reliability, transparency and authenticity

  9. Ensuring that trainee evaluation records are updated in the system as soon as the evaluation is completed

  10. Manage the certification of trainees who have completed skills training based

  11. Implement follow-up actions on Pegawai Pengesah Luaran (PPL) report 

  12. Evaluates the trainees' assessment before being verified by Pegawai Pengesah Dalaman (PPD) and verified by Pegawai Pengesah Luaran (PPL)
