**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resource and Administrative Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting the overall administrative needs of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource Functions:
Support the full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.

Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding program.

Administer employee benefits and compensation packages.

Address employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Administrative Functions:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a conducive working environment.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.

Support the management team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment.

Understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Adequate communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
