Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities:
- 1. Plan and prioritise manpower planning for company with guidance from management
2. Setting up hiring procedures, interview processes and facilitating job interviews
3. Updating and maintain employees’ handbook, while revising employees work contract as of when deem necessary
4. Analysing monthly staff performance and several indicators such as attendance, OT, medical leave and emergency leave
5. Managing the upkeep and maintenance of office and foreign worker hostel
6. Arranging training program plans for staff
7. Maintaining employees insurance and building insurances renewal and negotiations
8. Liasing with external parties regarding human resource matters ie. Lawyer, HRDF, Socso, and EPF
Qualifications:
- 1. Bachelor / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administrations or related fields that are relevant
2. Minimum 2-3 years work experience in HR executive role for company with 50 or more headcount
3. Experience in organizing HR matters related to foreign workers and hostel
4. Goal driven and adaptable to fast paced work environment, able to work under pressure and able to finish assignments work on time
5. Understanding of Malaysia Labour law will be an added advantage
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
