About the role

Yk International Network Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Human Resource Executive to join our growing team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. As a full-time Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and onboarding new hires
  2. Providing support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, such as policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and performance management
  3. Administering employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, leave management, and employee insurance
  4. Coordinating and delivering training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce
  5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  6. Collaborating with various departments to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in a HR generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organisation
  4. Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis to generate reports and make data-driven decisions
  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  6. Familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and regulations related to HR practices
