Job Purpose

The Strategic Human Resource Intern will provide essential support to the SHR team in executing ongoing and upcoming initiatives, employee engagement assessments, data analysis, and strategic reporting. This internship offers exposure to high-level SHR strategy implementation and hands-on experience in SHR project execution.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist the SSHR team in managing deliverables for new and ongoing SHR projects.

· Coordinate administrative and research tasks to support project timelines and outcomes.

· Compile and organize survey data and feedback for analysis.

· Support the preparation of detailed SHR reports, analyses, and presentation materials for management and CEO review.

· Ensure data accuracy, quality, and timeliness in reporting.

· Conduct ad-hoc research on SHR trends, best practices, and organisational performance.

· Compile and maintain databases for SHR reporting and projects.

· Provide general support in administrative tasks, document preparation, and coordination between internal teams.

· Help streamline communication and documentation within the SHR department.

Qualification Requirements

· Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

· Strong communication and analytical skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.

· Eager to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
